Transactions processed via Credit Card/EFTPOS will appear as Commercial Enterprises on your Bank/Credit Card statements.
Cancellation Policy:
We require credit card details at the time of your reservation being made In the event of a "NO SHOW" .
We require guests contact us 24 hours prior to the day of your arrival to amend or cancel your reservation or you will be considered a "NO SHOW"!
If a "NO SHOW" occurs, your card will be manually processed for the rate of the first night's accommodation fee.
(e.g. if your first night's accommodation rate is $120.00, you will be charged $120.00)
